It all begins with an idea. That’s how LGBT+ in FM began. With perseverance and belief a few volunteers began to grow that idea into action, and grew a committee.

Today there are 12 committee members, each bringing their passion, time, skillset to helping the FM sector become more inclusive and diverse, and create safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.
