I’m Colin Kimber, I have been in the Facilities Management Industry for 15 years and have worked for both large and small organisations in customer environments ranging from Global Corporate Headquarters to the Public Sector, Museums to Tech Giants. 

I am currently Associate Director at Pareto FM, which was one of the fastest growing small businesses in the UK in 2019.  At Pareto we place Social Value at the very forefront of what we do and supporting LGBT+ people in our industry is a firm part of that. 

As well as my Operational responsibilities, I also lead the HSEQ, L&D and D&I activities for the company.  I am very proud to be part of the steering committee for LGBT+ in FM and look forward to meeting you at one of our future events.
