Sharon Slinger

I’m Sharon Slinger (FRICS CIWFM) and I have 20 years’ experience in the construction and Facilities Management industry. I’m really proud to be a founding member of LGBT+ in FM, as well as a member of other diversity networks. 

My involvement complements my work as Director of Constructing Rainbows where I work with built environment organisations to improve their business through implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies. 

I have featured in the OUTstanding/FT Top 50 Future Leaders list and won several awards my work.
