LGBT+ in FM launches Best Practice Guide to mark Trans Day of Remembrance 2020

We are proud that our first Best Practice Guidance document is an Introduction to Transgender.

2020 has seen an increase in Transphobic attacks globally transrespect.org while the UK Government is proposing potentially adverse changes to the policies and law affecting the transgender community - you can read our response to that here

It is, therefore, more important than ever that LGBT+ allies in FM seek to progress equality for Trans colleagues in the workplace. We hope this guide will help organisations on that journey.
